At Matador Records, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition releases and digital downloads are considered final sale unless the physical product is defective.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, including shrink-wrap for vinyl and CDs, and have been delivered within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
